She shrugs. "From what I've heard, her world wasn't nice at all. And in a nutshell, I was born in a very nice place, sort of. Cosmic entity pulls a couple dozen heroes and villains off of Earth and pits them in a massive game to help the entity study the nature of desire. The war ends with everyone stuck on the planet he created for the contest in some unknown region of space. Heroes and villains end up making peace and settling on Battleworld. So me and a handful of other kids grow up surrounded basically by former super heroes and super villains. Fifteen years later, the son of Doctor Doom gathers a few allies from among the kids and older villains and tries to take over. We stop him, and I discover I can use Thor's hammer in the process. Shortly after that, Dr. Banner finds a way home, but the Watcher shows up and warns the heroes not to return. So five of us teenagers go back instead to find out that most of the other heroes have been killed by Sentinels, and at least America is run by anti-mutant forces, and Apocalypse rules a fair bit of the rest. I spent a year there, then my first run with the Exiles. How about you?"
