"I'm mostly the leader because I've been doing this the longest, and was here when everyone else showed up. I've been doing this Exiles' Road thing for... four years now, or somewhere close. On our last mission we lost the only two other people with more than a few weeks' experience, though some of the newcomers have years of experience as heroes." she replies honestly. "We haven't had any kind of official election of leader... I was just here when they started. If people want to be more proper, that's fine. Our original group, we more or less agreed to put everything to a vote."
She glances around, determining pretty quickly she's not going to see anything recognizable from higher up, and floats back to the ground.
"I trust Dani. I know her from a world I spent almost a year in, she's a good person, but hasn't had a lot of experience in the field. Kevin seems like he's trying to be a good guy, but he's had some troubles. Black Widow... I've known a couple versions of her. They're usually on the good guys' side... mostly. But I'm not sure I'd always trust that. Spy and foreign agent. I worked a little with Dani in her native reality. Widow and Kevin, this is only my second campaign with them. But I'm also used to seeing this team change a lot and getting used to new people coming in."
