Uh-oh.
The next day at the Institute was very nice. Gwenny talked at breakfast with Miss Laura Kinney, who'd brought them there and was warming up to the whole situation. Miss Kinney introduced Gwenny to her visiting brother, Mr. Logan. He seemed very nice. He lived most of the time in Tokyo, but he wasn't a fascist.
Miss Rogers was with the big blue fuzzy man, Dr. McCoy, translating the Tallus's poetry. They'd grabbeda bite and then gone to finish up with that.

And then Gwenny realized whom she hadn't seen all morning: Mr. Kev. He wasn't anywhere to be found. Apparently, this Mr. Ramsay -- Mrs. Ramsay was just the cutest doggie ever, even if it was so sad! -- was missing, too.

	Dane arrives downstairs for breakfast, sitting at the same table he sat at the previous evening. A routine was something he could hold onto in a world that he knew little about. He enjoyed some eggs and ham, along with a glass of water. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Sarah is really, really glad that she doesn't need much sleep. Even so, she's a little bleary eyed when she wanders in to breakfast, trying to take advantage of the relatively nice surroundings to see what kind of fresh fruit they have on hand. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Outside of emergencies, I don't drink coffee. Real food though... fresh food... thank you." she says, the last somewhere between thanking Gwenny and thanking the X-Men and thanking rarely but occasionally benevolent higher powers.

She tries to be a good guest and not take /all/ the oranges and bananas to go with cornflakes and milk. She skips the strawberries though.

She can't quite handle that yet.

	Although he's definitely concerned by Kev's extended absence, Dorrek does appreciate the opportunity to explore this particular X-Mansion with impunity. He never quite feels comfortable in a place before he familiarizes himself with the layout. "Any sign of him, Gwenny?" (Reply to this)(Thread)
