The shockwave hits her head on, since she was getting well up into the MACHs, only hr momentum and the vibranium keep her from being thrown back, but the shield takes enough of it to let her carry forward, driving the edge of the shield between two vertebrae. Not enough to hold such an invulnerable creature long, but she obviously hit something important.
"HIT HIM WITH EVERYTHING!" she shouts, trying to get the sound to carry past the ringing in their ears.
She whirls the hammer, hard and fast as she can, then lifts off, bringing it down on top of the Hulk's head, getting her shield up over her own, and using the contact with the Hulk's head as the 'taps' to summon the lightning right on that spot, even if she's way too close for comfort right now.
