Abilities: Enhanced physical attributes and senses. Darkvision. Fangs and at-will manifestation of claws. Blood consumption fueled healing factor, requires decapitation or impalation through the heart with wood or silver to be killed. Phasing into mist-form, and nascent capacity for other vampiric talents, such as invisibility, illusory appearances, and compulsory voice, but those cannot be accessed reliably.
Jubilee's ability to phase was revealed in the comics, and the general theory I'm subscribing to is that her residual mutation increases the speed at which she is capable of accessing vampire sect abilities such as the above listed. Janus and Raizo have seen to her training when possible over the past three years.
Weaknesses and flaws: Typical vampire weaknesses. Requires consumption of blood with a healing factor trait to withstand sunlight.

What are you planning to do with this character?: Continue her training in vampire abilities. Get back some genuine happiness, rather than just battlefield wit. I'm open to her mutation working again if they happen into any world that didn't have 'No more mutants'
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Possibly stop the events of Curse of the Mutants from happening in another world.
