Lucy was having a moment. On the one hand, she really liked Mason. Like, a lot. She'd agreed to be his girlfriend and she didn't really do things like that very easily. She didn't trust her father and her mother's faith in him disturbed her. Especially when he'd obviously shagged Pansy Parkinson in some kind of trade off for Draco's safety, because Draco was still in the house even after shagging a porn star professor.

So on the one hand, Mason was cool and she liked him a lot. On the other hand, she'd googled him to find pictures of him and his band and had found his Instagram instead. And all the pictures of Mason and his ex-girlfriend who had not been an ex for nearly as long as Lucy had been led to believe and now Lucy got to feel like the shitty rebound girl because actually she and the ex had a lot in common, look-wise. This was why she didn't do boyfriends. Lucy sat in a pub, waiting for Mason, who was just home from his tour. She should have discussed whether or not to bring up the ex-girlfriend with Neville before she came out. He'd know what to do.

Mason was really excited about seeing Lucy again. He'd gotten her a piece of jewelry from every stop of their tour and he was kind of proud of that fact. He was carrying them in a bag when he entered the bar and spotted her across the way, grinning from ear to ear.

He walked over to where she was and kissed her neck. "I missed you so much." He told her, then dropped the bag onto the bar in front of her. "For you."

Lucy looked down at the bag in front of her and then up at Mason. Maybe she was over-thinking things. She liked Mason. Mason liked her. They liked being together. She just shouldn't get too attached.

Lucy smiled. "What did you get me?" she asked, and then opened the bag, beginning to pull out pieces of jewelry. She laughed. "You got me lots of things. Holy shit, Mason."

	Mason looked her over and shrugged. "That's no matter. Unless you're ashamed to have me as your boyfriend or something. Guess I couldn't blame you." 	"We can get dinner. I just want to spend more time with you." Mason promised her, then looked her over and smiled. She was perfect and he wanted to treat her right. 	Lucy thought about it for a moment, then nodded. "Yeah, okay. That sounds like fun," she said, smiling at Mason. What better way to figure out if he was sane and over his ex or not? 	"Chinese sounds good to me." Mason told her as he took her hand and led her outside. He held out the helmet to his bike for her, then got on himself. After riding around the block, Mason stopped outside the building to his flat and led her upstairs, then brought her inside. It wasn't spotless, but it wasn't too dirty either. "Here we are." 	Lucy was actually pretty impressed with how clean Mason's flat was. She smiled at him as she walked inside, looking around. "This is nice," she said. "I think I was expecting more mess because you're a boy." She sat on the couch, shrugging off her coat. "Do you have roommates or do you like by yourself?" Lucy asked. 	"No, it's nice," Lucy promised, looking around and grinning. "I can see the effort put into cleaning. I'm not very neat.
