Lucy was having a moment. On the one hand, she really liked Mason. Like, a lot. She'd agreed to be his girlfriend and she didn't really do things like that very easily. She didn't trust her father and her mother's faith in him disturbed her. Especially when he'd obviously shagged Pansy Parkinson in some kind of trade off for Draco's safety, because Draco was still in the house even after shagging a porn star professor.

So on the one hand, Mason was cool and she liked him a lot. On the other hand, she'd googled him to find pictures of him and his band and had found his Instagram instead. And all the pictures of Mason and his ex-girlfriend who had not been an ex for nearly as long as Lucy had been led to believe and now Lucy got to feel like the shitty rebound girl because actually she and the ex had a lot in common, look-wise. This was why she didn't do boyfriends. Lucy sat in a pub, waiting for Mason, who was just home from his tour. She should have discussed whether or not to bring up the ex-girlfriend with Neville before she came out. He'd know what to do.

	"Thanks. It's messy, but not as bad as it used to be. I learned to clean." Mason told her with a laugh as he took his own coat off and threw it across a chair. He sat down next to her. 	"No, it's nice," Lucy promised, looking around and grinning. "I can see the effort put into cleaning. I'm not very neat. I'm lucky Narcissa has maids or my room would be a disaster area most of the time." She looked up at him and shrugged. "April second. 	"Wondering when it would be legal to let you move in with me." Mason pointed out with a laugh. "I was hoping that it wouldn't be in like... two weeks because that'd be a little early to move in." He laughed softly and kissed her forehead, then held out the chinese menu. "Order something." He told her. "If we're still together in April, you can move in with me." 	Lucy stared at Mason for a moment, then took the menu from him. "I -- yeah, good thing I wasn't born in October," she agreed, laughing and looking down at it. Maybe Mason just fell for people easy. 	"I'm a fried rice and the crab shit." Mason waved a hand and then smiled at her. "I'm going to get us a drink and then you can find something on the telly for us to watch." Lucy took the beer from Mason after finishing their order. She flipped the telly on and shifted a bit closer to Mason as she looked through the channels. "I'm sure someone will be playing a movie," she said.

She stopped when she found one of the Star Wars prequels playing and put the remote down. "We're watching Anakin slaughter kids," she said firmly, then took a sip of her drink. Maybe there was a subtle way of bringing up Mason's ex. "Do you have any pictures from your tour? You've got to have an Instagram, right?"

	Mason watched Anakin for a moment, then nodded. "Yeah. Of course. Everyone's got an instagram." He told her, then pulled out his phone and held it out to her. He smiled. "They're all on there. 	Lucy frowned at Mason for a moment, then looked at his phone, calling up his Instagram account and staring at the pictures of him and his ex-girlfriend for a long moment. Was she crazy? 	At least Mason didn't seem like he was too hung up on her still. "Prudence?" Lucy repeated, raising an eyebrow at him. "Have you dated someone called Jude yet?" "No. But, a girl named Eleanor let me feel her up in primary school. Thought I'd save Jude for my first kid." Mason grinned at her for a moment, then shook his head. "Your name being Lucy has nothing to do with why I like you."

Mason thought about her question. "I don't know. A month and a half I think. She cheated on me with the drummer and the bassist of Moonstable. Stupid name for a band."
