After hearing about the kidnapping of one of his cousins -- he wasn't sure which. Obviously one of the older ones, either Aslief or the twins who were less cousins by blood than by consensus -- the important thing to Douglas was to find Skari and Hjordis as soon as possible and tell them.

"Trouble," he said seriously when he finally got to them.

" 'Tisn't normal trouble," Douglas explains first to Hjordis. Which, of course, would be their being in trouble, Skari and Douglas anyway.

Then looking at Skari. "Thou recallst that tactless swine with a slightly more mannerly brother who spoke with thy mother about wedding thy sisters?"

Despite being in human form, Douglas growled a little. "Apparently, he hath not taken no for an answer."

	Hjordis looked at Skari for a moment and blinked. Rushing to battle was so not him, but it was his sister. "Far easier to reach from Asgard. Especially..." and he pulls out Tiwaz's Map of the eddies between the various divine realms and Midgard. "With this. Which I must point out I hath promised Mummy I would put back when I was done looking at it. Obviously, that ist not yet done."

	Aridis seemed the likeliest candidate to Douglas as well. Skari was obviously taking this the worst of any of them, but there would be time to worry about him when worry was no longer necessary.
