It was the most words Argo could ever recall hearing out of Alisa and the girl was obviously bearing her heart out here. It also did not take a genius (of which Argo would be the first to admit, he was not) to figure out exactly what she meant. It took an act of will to keep his rage from rising up.
"Thou art worth much, Alisa," he assured her. "Never, ever doubt that. We art all better for having thee as our friend."
