Toni was on monitor duty, because it gave her something to occupy her mind. With the disappearance of both Anya and Uncle Tony, things were obviously rotten in Denmark. And only Pepper had been able to keep Dad from going down and trying to ring information out of Maggie, who was the first person she suspected.
So yeah. Too worried to even remember the date.
