Making Contact
With Nicholas being such a pain in the ass about the stuff with Romanov, Tessa would have to set up a date. Nicholas didn't understand that things like this took time. If she moved too quickly Romanov would get suspicious. The family was suspicious enough, borderline paranoid, and Tessa had to step very very carefully.

She dialed his number.

	He let her change the subject because he could see it bothered her. But he had her name and now her picture, so maybe he could ask around a little and see if he could get her some face time with Professor Xavier. Misha stood as well. The chair was pushed in. Neatness counts.

The walk back to where he parked seemed to go a lot faster this time. The bike appeared to not have been molested while they were gone, which was good because he didn't want to explain to Anya that he was distracted by a redhead and now needed to repair the engine.

"Jacket?" He held up his leather coat in offer for the ride.

	"Sure," she said and accepted the coat. "Thank you." She slipped it on and was immediately surrounded by his scent. It was masculine and held a bit of musk to it. She could get lost in it. "Nice bike," she said as she ran a hand along the seat. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"It is," he agreed, admiring it as he adjusted the collar on the coat to frame her face. "It was a gift from my step father, in pieces of course. Which was part of the fun. Anya and James put it together for me because I..." his voice trailed off a moment as his face lost expression. "I had a bad winter and they did it to cheer me up."

He shook himself, smiled and took the helmet from where he'd hung it on the handle. "Here. Crazy drivers out there. I don't want you to get hurt."

Misha revved the engine a little and they were off.

He like the way she leaned with him as they rode along. She had been a rider at one time or another. Tessa was showing some interesting clues about herself this time and he was intrigued. A redhead telepath would certainly raise a few eyebrows, thanks to the subject they did not speak of, but he was fine with it.

He made the left and waited for further directions.
