They begin their assault here, and Cait has something to pay for, as far as Winterkill is concerned.
She lunges at the hydrokinetic from an alleyway. She knows she can't kill her, that's against the plan, according to their boss - but she can definitely slow her down, and give the MLF's speedster a chance.
"Marauders! Attack!" she yells over coms.
