In stealth mode and not really caring how much damage he might do, Misha sees someone he doesn't recognize and who doesn't seem to be part of the riot crowd. The man appeared to be looking for something and Misha was in the mood to provide that something.
He uncloaked briefly while his suit powered up for a fight.
