"Rose?!" Dani was shocked to find the body of her friend in the alleyway. She hadn't seen the other girl in months. She'd been starting to wonder if she would ever see her again, actually. Dani rushed to Rose's side. "Rose?" She shook her friend by the shoulder. "Rose, it's Dani. Please wake up." There was an almost pleading tone in her voice.
