Hockey Night in New York
Its Daniel's first date - and his parents, his dad in particular, weren't going to let it go over in a small way. They aren't the Richards family, but through the F4 and all, Ben isn't exactly short on money, and its his only son.

As such, Daniel arrives at Xavier's School for Gifted Youths in a chauffered limousine. He's dressed for hockey watching, but nicely for it, with a brand new jersey and nice jeans. He also has a boquet of flowers in hand and a box of chocolates in hand - his mother's insistence. The name gets him through most of the security, and he is expected, after all.

He comes up, and knocks on the door, speaking into the intercom when it clicks on.
"Its Daniel Grimm, is Ellie Rasputin ready?"

Ellie herself answered the intercom, having gotten ready fairly early, just in case Daniel showed up early. Also, to avoid any of the other students from giving Daniel a hard time.

Ellie was practically bouncing up and down as she pressed the reply button the intercom. "Ready!" She chimed before opening the door. "Hi Daniel!"

She'd dressed warmly, but nicely, in a nice pink sweater and jeans, with her black winter coat and matching hat, scarf, and mitten set.

She took the flowers, beaming at him. "Thank you! You look handsome." She paused, peering back into the mansion. "Hold on one sec..." She teleported into the mansion, running quickly into the kitchen to put the flowers in some water before dashing back to the front door, chocolate tucked away the little purse that she had with her, in case they wanted a snack for later. "Just thought I'd put them in some water before we headed out," she said, smiling.

Ellie got the limo in her line of vision. Wasn't too far away.... "I can try..." She took a hold of his hand, her face turning a light shade of pink. "Mr. Wagner says that's it best to have some kind of kind psychical contact if you're teleporting another person with you..." Ellie honed in on the limo, picturing it clearly in her head, gripping Daniel's hand tightly...

In seconds, the pair was standing in front of the limo. Ellie's eyes grew wide. She actually teleported another person with her! "I did it!" She threw her hands up in the air, a triumphant grin on her face. "Sorry..." she turned to Daniel, a light shade of pink on her face, "I've never teleported anyone else with me before. Are you okay? Mr. Wagner also said that some people can have a bad reaction to teleporting sometimes..."

	He's not sure if he would have had an averse reaction if he didn't have significant superhuman durability and stamina. As it is, what he feels is an adrenaline rush. 	He nods. "Yeah, I got that impression, which is why I suggested it. You could do all sorts of things with that." His own mind is racing with the possibilities of running around with a teleporter. Noting her general bearing and apparent attitude, he quickly discards 'girl's locker room' and 'Las Vegas' as destinations, but it still leaves a lot. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Ellie mused over that for a second. "I could, couldn't I?" No more having to see where she was going, no more having to run halfway across the mansion to get from one class to the next...though maybe she'd wait a little while before trying anything TOO risky, like the Danger Room. On one hand, its a little disappointing that he didn't find the one in a million sports fan. But Mighty Ducks isn't the worst start. What really makes an impact is that she made the effort to learn, and agreed to go along at all.
"That's cool. Tell you what, if you enjoy the game, we can go again. It might not be just like the movie, but hopefully you'll like it. But no matter what, long as things go well, I'll owe you a second date... you can pick where we go, anywhere at all. Ok?"
Yeah, he thinks he might kind of like her.

He takes a risk. She came with him to a hockey game, she likes the Mighty Ducks, might as well find out a little more about her. "Don't worry about it, I chose the game, you choose the movie." Worst case, he wastes a few hours watching some sappy garbage or other, maybe she actually has some taste? "Yeah, pizza is good. What's the range on your teleporting, anyway?"

	He certainly does like action movies, so her current train of thought, anyway, would suit him. Still, he lets her run with the idea without interference. After all, part of the point is seeing what she'd pick. "Can you do it from a photo, or anything? Cause I'm sure we could find something to do if you can get around the city quick.
