Staying in bed and following doctor's orders were things Natasha always had trouble doing. After the kids and Tony left, Natasha climbed out of bed. She had to go see how Logan was doing. The blasted doctors weren't saying anything and Natasha knew they were following orders.
She poked her head out of the door to check to see if the coast was clear.
