There's a sickening mix of cracking and scraping noises as the bone spur starts to break apart and recede. The beast starts to stumble, impaired by the searing pain around it's joint. It's beginning to subside though. Chris' mind calms as the beast starts to become more able.
*Help me. Don't want to hurt you. Want to hurt everyone though!*
The beast charges again.
