He'd been able to tell Cassandra that Vincent was back, of course, but in their mutual exhaustion, there hadn't been time to truly discuss it until now, as, all other crisis-related business momentarily attended to, he came to their room with a tea-tray and a stalwart attempt at a smile.

His hand is on her shoulder. "Forgive me, Cassandra. I should not have put it so suddenly."

He shakes his head slightly. "Not that I can see. Loki and Amora do not seem to have been involved, and it is not the other Asgardians' ...style."
A breath. "Andrea has suspended their relationship despite his apologies. Should he attempt to put any form of pressure or solicitation towards her, I will make him regret it," he says blankly.

Kristoff's face is dark. "And the latter is my fault."

"Kristoff," Cassie took hold of his hand. "Don't start this. This isn't your fault. You've done an amazing job raising Vincent. This isn't because of anything you've done or didn't do. I don't know what Vincent was thinking or why he did it but it's not your fault."
