Eliza had been on her way back from a different church. She wasn't a deeply religious person but she still tried to go to church once in a while. When she saw the attack on the church. Blaring her car horn at someone who was too slow Eliza pulled off to somewhere where she could do a quick change without being seen.
Thank God for pouches. She tucks the keys into her uniform belt and rushes to go help. The bright red uniform is obvious to anyone and so is that rather grim looking mask but she's on her way to help people not scare them.
