Thulsa Doom uses Eli's preoccupation with the vampire to charge his staff with energy and swing it at his back.
"Minions, your master beckons you!" He shouts, rallying the cultists. He throws a red magic flare into the air which explodes, showering the area with dark energy which makes his followers even more bloodthirsty and violent.
