He's in town for one reason. There's family he wants to visit. But on the way to the Defenders HQ, Captain Marvel's been a bit distracted by some trouble.

Flying overheard, the costumed teen hybrid swoops. Once close enough, he takes careful aim and launches a small photon blast at the gunman's hand in attempt to make him drop the gun.
