Eli enjoys the kiss and is almost sad when it ends, but understands that Vernique might need to take it slowly. He doesn't know much about her, and he's secretly glad as well, as he doesn't want to prove how inept he is at the moment.
"I enjoyed that, Vernique. I would like it if we could get to know each other more. I'd like to know some of your favorite things, if you don't mind telling me. Like your favorite color, or day, or book.
I will tell you a bit more about myself in return. For one...I am interested in human fashion. Someday, I would like to make clothing for people, but I do not know how to sew. I hope to learn when I return home.
I think that I may have some talent in that direction, but I've never been allowed to pursue it." he says.
