Sammy was kind of surprised that she enjoyed the dinner with Mikel and his girlfriend. It was actually the first dinner with him that everything was more normal. Mikel even smiled like he meant it once or twice and didn't smirk knowingly at her. Therese didn't seem to say much, but she was pleasant enough when she did.
"This was nice," she told her brother. There might have been a little surprise in her voice.
