Andy sees the man in the giant hamster ball and blinks once, then twice.
"Damn, it's real." he says aloud to no one in particular.
He'd been trying to avoid heroics, but it looked like he was going to have to get involved, as he didn't see anyone else just yet.
He makes his way down to where the man in the hamster ball is, hoping he can talk this guy down before things get ugly.
