Two days in New York City
Jenny was happy to conveniently forgot her scheduled appointment with Dr. Samson, but leave it to Rob to have it on his calendar. The day before, she was notified that she would be collected at 6am and delivered to the S.H.I.E.L.D. transport for the New York run.

She tossed a few items into her shoulder bag along with a new book. She didn't need anymore than that as Rob had kept their leased apartment in New York. Between his monthly trips back to New York and her infrequent traveling, he said it was worth hanging onto it. Everything she might need was already there.

A note was posted on the refrigerator so the team would know she would be in the States for a couple of days. She also included a post script asking Leech to make sure Yankee Clipper was fed. She really hoped Quinn would continue to be tolerant and not turn YC into a fluffy orange and white throw pillow.

In New York, she had time to shower and change clothes before presenting herself at Dr. Samson's office promptly at 3pm. Each time she had one of these appointments she hoped it would be the last. Each time he said he would see her again in three months. At least this time she would have something different to contribute to the conversation.

	She smiled up at him, reaching to pull him down. Time was passing so quickly, and this could easily lead to an irritated taxi driver honking from the street. 	"We should probably rent a room somewhere." Andy suggests. "Your neighbors have been pretty awesome, but I think we'll drive your teammates crazy with out reunions." Andy smiles wryly. "Doctor Cheesecake? I love it! I'm going to get myself an engraved name-plate for a desk. When people ask me what it's for, I'll just laugh and think of you." he says. 	Andy smirks, then kisses her cheek. He couldn't stop kissing her, no matter how hard he tried. "Oh, you asked me a question earlier about my version of 'Read faster, woman'. Andy returns the kiss and imagines Jenny acting several of the ideas he could put forth, before her next sentence snaps him back to reality.

His hands rest on her hips a moment as he ponders that. "Well, having you sit on me is a good way to keep me here. I could always claim my girlfriend just wouldn't get up." he grins.

"The taxi should be here soon, anyway." Andy says.

Sure enough, as he says it, there is honking outside.

"Great timing. Not." Andy says.

She grinned and nudged him toward the front door. Housekeeping would be here in a matter of days to clean up and erase all traces of her amazing three day break from the world, but she had pictures and memories, and Andy.

She had a moment of 'where are my keys?' before she managed to lock the door. "Real world, here we come. I hope we're ready for it. Did we forget anything?"
