"NO!" Tech yells at her insinuation. That's a fairly insulting assumption to him.

"Simply because a man is not interested, or requires something to get in the mood does not mean that he likes other men. Your assumption is offensive and displeasing. I do not know that I'd be inclined to get to know you now simply because you've offended me so." Tech says.
