Julian doesn't know a Kassia Frost, but he does remember the sound of Grace's voice. He considers the request for a meeting, looks at his Rolex, and makes a decision.
His car will pull up outside the coffee shop near the hotel, slowing to a halt for the driver to get out and open the door. Julian steps out, looks around, then scans the area for any sign of the young woman he knows to be Emma's daughter.
When he sees her, he will beckon her to come outside to the car.
