It took some time to get there, but they got there. Alex was tired from all of the tunneling, but he would push through. Jordan's plan worked brilliantly and they emerged from the transmutated floor into the middle of the base.
As soon as his teammates were out of the contraption, Alex turned into a Sasquatch.
