Team Awesome vs Galactus (backdated to July 4)
Galactus was a cosmic being who needed to feed on the life forces of planets. Currently he was about to feast on a planet which was also the home of George, a small alien who had been residing on Earth. A small ship docked with Galactus' world ship, the crew intent on stopping Galactus from feeding on the planet.

	Hjordis wavered as the floor moved, but when she saw what was happening to Douglas she forgot all about it. She launched herself in the air with a cry. "FOR ASGARD!" she yelled and aimed the point of her sword at Morg's head. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Morg tears away flesh with his bare teeth, and then swings his arm with full strength, flinging the other boy away. "Ah, so there is some fire in you. Allow Morg to... extinguish it!" He rights his grip on the axe and finally brings it to true combat. He meets Hjordis' swing with an earth-staggering blow. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Skari hits the wall with a hard thud, and then lands face-first on the floor. He looks up to see Morg strike at Hjordis and to see what he has done to Douglas. It's hard to make Skari angry, but Morg did just that. "FOR MINE COMPANIONS!!" he bellowed as he picked himself and his sword up and charged at Morg.

	Hjordis caught the attack with her sword and held it for a moment before the axe went through her sword and came down aiming for her head. She dropped to the floor and crawled through his legs. Once she was past him, she kicked at the back of his one knee. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Douglas slowly struggled to his feet as his cousin and their fair companion continued the assault. He hurt. A lot. "I wonder if you've considered the implications." Morg spits out the piece of flesh he'd torn from one boy's shoulder as the girl's strike succeeds in imbalancing him momentarily, laughing as he observed the crushed hand on the other one.

The girl has proved more evasive however.

He ignores the growlings of the animal as he sends a bolt out from his axe at the girl. This is different from the wide shockwaves before. This is a direct attack, focused and incredibly fast moving.

	Hjordis wasn't prepared for the blast and was caught dead on. She yelled as she went flying backward into the wall. There was now a Hjordis-shaped dent in it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Morg wheels to meet the strike, snatching the blade between his teeth and clamping his jaw down with the same cosmic strength his axe strikes spoke of.

The blade shatters, the herald spitting out the shards as something pings at his higher awareness.

He snorts. "You whelps should consider yourselves most fortunate. My master calls. It would be most fortunate for you if you never met the executioner again."

And he is gone.
