There are six rows of pictures, from top to bottom, on the wall as they move down the hall and up the stairs. At the start of each row is a baby picture. The are two man-woman pairings, followed by a pair of boys. As Fury moves forward and up the stairs, each picture becomes gradually older. At the top, Tech's grandfather and grandmother are shown through the years. However, his grandfather's row ends as Evelyn's continues.
"Those are my grandparent, as I'm sure you've deduced. My parents are the next two..."
He gestures to the male-female pair on the wall. Tech's mother's pictures end a bit before his grandfather's photos. Tech's father's pictures continue a bit beyond his mother's but stop soon after.
"We haven't heard from Dad in years, except when he called to tell us Mom died. He didn't even come to the funeral." Tech says, gesturing now to the pair of boys.
Sammy would see pictures of a young Jason and a slightly older boy that could only be Jake Landon. Even then, Landon still seemed to have that desolate, empty look in his eyes.
"Jake hates pictures and never smiles for them. I guess you could it was practice for the official ones." Tech quips, going for the off-color joke. There are more pictures of the his brother and his grandparents as a family, but the most recent ones show only Evelyn with Jason.
"When it got to being just us, Gran wanted a new picture almost every day." he chuckles.
"And yes, she totally scolded me in front of you as payback for not telling her about you sooner, but I'd better dispel the notion she's getting quickly, before it gets out of hand." he says.
"Besides, you totally set me up." he smirks in return.
