He notices her expression and offers a small smile. "It really just looks worse than it is, you know. Ah'm almost can't feel 'em, so Ah'm healin' well."
He nods as she says she's going to start the shower. When she leaves the room, he'll finish undressing and wrap himself in a towel to make his way to the bathroom.
