Tech takes his time in the shower, slowing getting cleaned up as he shoves down several different thoughts in his head, all of them about Sam. Perhaps she'll have dozed off by the time he gets out.
He laughs aloud in the shower; Fury didn't seem like the kind of person who would just fall asleep on anyone.
Eventually, he will emerge and dry off really well, putting on dark blue sweatpants and a white T-shirt, before making his way up to Sam's room. His hair is drying into the messy style that she would know so well, and Tech is knocking on her door twenty minutes later.
"Are you awake, Sam?" he asks.
