Sammy smirked and appeared to be moving ahead of the water splashes.
"Ninety seconds now. Running and swimming are unique in that I'm in motion and it's easy to count off. I count thirty on, five off, and in the off period I actively stop time. I have to practice on a closed course or it would be obvious I'm doing something weird. I've never tried to slow or speed it up."
She sent back splash volleys, aiming at his uninjured side.
