Its hard to tell what kind of shape Kelly is in. He wounds may be rapidly disappearing, but her clothes are torn and bloody, she's still full of glass shards, and her teeth and bruises are being deemed 'not critical' by her healing factor, so the wounds that are really obvious and ugly, but have little to do with her life functions will just have to wait. This is why she hates fighting Nick - he knows the trick to it.
Still, bad as it looks, she's able to stand and move over to check on her girlfriend.
