She could dodge, but this always has such a lovely effect on people who shoot her, bullets, ice, whatever.
She takes the shot in the heart, going staggering before falling over with ice jutting out of her chest. Her eyes roll back in her head and her breathing goes still.
A few seconds later, she sits up again, a hand reaching to draw the ice out, her eyes taking a few more moments to reset, so she appears to be just staring at the MoE member with blank white eyes for a few seconds, before she starts to stand, holding the bloody ice in one hand like a sword.
"I should have known when we met that you'd break my heart." she sing-songs.
