"I will stay well guarded, love." he responds in French. "I knew you wouldn't like it, but someone needs to deal with the U.N. or Russia will use this response as an excuse to attack Genosha. We need U.N. backing every step, or there will be Russian military taking it upon themselves to 'supervise' the situation. I can't be in both places, and the Genoshan military will respond most quickly to me. I promise, as soon as one of our loose allies has taken up our cause diplomatically, I'll send your brother back for you."
