She stood and met his eyes seriously. "I am well, thank you, Julian. Andrew is well." Apparently alone or not, they are in a public area of a public building, and she made a promise.
"He needs me to wait for this meeting. He has been very busy with other conversations, starting with a conversation very early this morning with my mother and brother and just, well, you know, sometimes the stuff that needs handling never stops."
She hopes that'll help a little. Julian is observant, and would have some grasp of how her family must work. It doesn't state anything explicitly, but there would be absolutely no reason for her mother and brother to do the talking if Father could simply do the usual talking in her head from across the world to relay things.
