Friends in Armor?
Harvey had gotten very well acquainted with Pepper and Happy.  And, over time, they suggested he got to know the kids of their Tony and Rhodey.  So that's what Harvey did.  Using Pepper as his connection, arrangements were made to meet Anya Stark.

He was sitting down outside at a coffee shop, early for his meeting with her.

"I don't know if this suggestion came up, but you might want to ask your dad if he can go through and deal with the files. If anyone kidnaps this guy again, and knows what he's got, there would be trouble."
