Tonight demons and ghouls will walk the streets. Many are innocents in costumes, some are all too real. Its also prime time for pickpockets, people trying to take advantage of kids wandering around under loose supervision and the general chaos of the holiday.
He'd like to have gone out partying, but tonight, the demon is just too strong, and the call of the evils in the streets of the city too bare.
Tonight, the Rider hunts.
