Perhaps it is weariness from the recent events. Perhaps it is the weight of his years. Or perhaps Victor von Doom is simply not sure of the full measure of the man he is addressing, as well as that of the one listening. Whatever the reason, if there is any, he changes his choice of words.
"It would be wise to now behave accordingly." He looks at the son of his union with Amora, before standing.
"Myriad responsibilities beckon. You are free to partake of the remainder of the mark's safe passage. Boris will see that you receive your due hospitality."
And, with that, Doom walks away.
