The day after the discussion with Shanna, Vincent needed to talk to someone. It wasn't as if he and Kristoff had had the typical brotherly relationship, and certainly not in the context of being Americans, but he couldn't think of anyone else to bring this particular situation to. Even if they'd pointedly tried to avoid talking about Vincent's sex life in the past.

They'd been scheduled for a science lesson anyway, so Vincent is expecting his brother to be available when he arrives at the lab. He's not quite distraught, but he's clearly uneasy.

He gets up from the table, walking over to Kristoff and patting him on the shoulder. "Thank you for the feedback. Thank you more for listening. And for the record, Shanna is very nice, and by my estimates, intelligent enough to be working somewhere on the order of Project Pegasus.

Now, I believe we were going to go over how you made the latest upgrades to your armor?" He smiles. Time for science.

Kristoff listens, and smiles. "...However badly it turned out, phral, Andrea was good for you."

"Yes. But I will need to preface discussion of the energy coils with some geometric topology proofs." There's a semi-apologetic look. Kristoff knows Vincent never liked the rigors of topologoical proofs. The Master actually never had either, but Kristoff loved them, and besides, one always had to constantly check the fundamental basis of one's data.
