"Yes, she did. I can always tell people that our daughter is awesome enough to talk down a guy who eats planets." Avery says, half-jokingly. It still amazed and scared him that his daughter, at six years of age, had stood up to a being that was likely a live before the universe was even created.
Growing up with gods had its advantages.
"You know they'll also look for information about us, right?" he asks.
