“We’re here outside the Four Seasons Hotel in New York where the who’s who is gathered tonight. Celebrities, royals and superheroes have all turned out for the annual Maria Stark Foundation Winter Charity event benefiting Toys for Tots.

It’s truly an all-star gala here tonight.

New York’s own princess, Anya Stark, was seen being escorted by what appears to be her new flame, actor Austin Cain. Her brother and currently second in line to the Russian throne, Mikhail Romanov, was seen entering the party with Lyta Worthington, heiress to Worthington Industries. Tony and Natasha Stark, parents of a new baby, are making their first public appearance since the birth of their son.

Mackenzie Rider, a prince of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, is escorting Ms. Andrea Denker of the Fantastic Four tonight. Kristoff Vernard, leader of the Fantastic Four, was seen in attendance with his wife Cassandra and their son Scotty. Vincent Amorason, heir to Latveria, arrived alongside his brother and was seen escorting a member of the Defenders, Asleif Thorsdottir. The rest of the Fantastic Four are here too with their dates, though Miss Valeria Richards is not in attendance. Franklin Richards is in attendance and is escorting one Miss Gill.

Los Angeles’ own superhero team, the Defenders are in attendance as well. Arriving with her team is Grace Danvers, daughter of Hollywood hunk Simon Williams and she is being escorted by teammate, Eiltin. The two Asgardian princesses and daughters of Thor, Asleif and Aridis, are also attending the festivities with their team.
Akilah Munore, the crown princess of Wakanda, is here tonight with her steady flame, Daniel Sherwood a member of the Young Avengers. The other Young Avengers are in attendance tonight with their dates, alongside the adult Avengers.

Donald Trump arrived with his wife and is one of many other famous faces to arrive. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Hugh Jackman, Jack Nicholson, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift are just a few celebrities who have made an appearance here tonight.

It’s truly a party of the who’s who and it’s all for a great cause.”

"Mom's not really scary unless she's mad. Then it's best not to be in the same state until she's calmed down. Otherwise, she's pretty normal, even if she can turn green and throw tanks." he jokes.

Then he realizes that his words wouldn't be comforting to him if they were coming from someone else.

"I think Mom will really like you. Just promise that you'll stop listening if she decides to start telling stories about me as a child." he says.

	"There might actually be a bearskin rug picture, and no, you can't see it." Andy says. "Titan wanted to get Mom a real bearskin rug one year. He actually wanted to find the bear and make the rug. "Yeah, I bet she would, too." Andy says, pulling Jenny a bit closer to him. The last thing they needed was her power to go off by accident.

"Hey, you didn't tell me how long you were in town for. I was hoping we might have a little time together before you have to get back across the pond." Andy says.

"Besides...there's something important we need to talk about." he says quietly.

"I'm here for a few days." He was so tall that people naturally made a detour around him and it was safe standing inside his personal space. Cozy too. She could smell his aftershave and enjoy his warmth. Looking good in a silk sheath was one thing; it wasn't the warmest dress one could wear in December.

"I called ahead and had the apartment opened, with groceries and everything this time. Just in case you could stay a few days, too."

"Soda it is!" Andy chuckles, guiding her to the bar. He would go and come back, but someone could bump into Jenny while he's gone and he knows she wouldn't want that.

He orders their sodas and looks around the room.

"Okay, how long do you want to stay here? Because as soon as we leave, I'm going to buy you the biggest cheesecake I can find and we're going to share it." he says.

It was crowded. She looked around with him and spotted faces she'd only seen in the movies. It wouldn't be possible to keep from being plowed into by a partygoer for very long. Starting a commotion, no matter how innocent, would be a poor way to reward her date for his invitation.

"One dance. Maybe two, and a little mingling so I meet your mother. Then you can drag me off and torture me with cheesecake. I might help you, too."
