Somewhere she doesn't want to be
Kelly doesn't expect that the X-Men will want to see her. However, they have psychics and healers, the only ones who might be able to help. She said she'd do anything she could to help her girl - and now she's keeping her word.

She thought a few times about breaking in, maybe even kidnapping some help - because that's the way she thinks. Ultimately, though, she figures that the best odds is doing this, for her, the hard way. Far harder than breaking in to a secured location and kidnapping someone at gunpoint, anyway.

She arrives at the front gates and presses the buzzer.

Lyta was walking by the front door when she heard the buzzer. "Just a moment," she said into the intercom, pressing the button to open the gates.

"Well, here goes nothing." she mutters to herself as she makes her way to the doors to wait.

Lyta opened the door. "Can I help you?" She asked the girl.

That is an unfairly loaded question. Dozens of responses spring to mind, most of them require adult supervision if one is under the age of 17. A few hit NC-17 - and a couple don't have the 'artistic merit' necessary for that. Its really fortunate telepaths have trouble reading her.

She shrugs them all off - she's trying desperately to make a good impression here. (And not an impression in Lyta's bedsheets, Kelly-brain, really)

"I really hope so. I'm a... erm, sometime associate of the X-Men, and former co-worker with Anya Stark." That sounds good, technically true. "And I really need help - like, telepath and healer-y help."

"You came to the right place," Lyta said with a smile. "If you'll just come inside, I'm sure I can find someone to help you with what you need."

A pause.

"I'm Lyta, by the way."

"Yeah, I know. Lyta Worthington, I..." no, do not say 'I've read your file'. "You're famous." she corrects herself.

She steps inside, giving Lyta her best friendly smile. "Its a bit of a story."

"Something among those lines," she said with a laugh.

"We're used to bits of stories here, you could say."

"Yeah, so I've heard. Uhm, you're a telepath, right? And you know the people here. Should I be talking to you about... uhm, telepathic help for people, or is there someone else I should be talking to, or...?"

Yeah, she had no idea how these things were supposed to work. Helping people wasn't her usual M.O.

"I am. While I could be of assistance, there are others that might be better suited to help you, depending on the nature of your problem. Professor Xavier, or Jean Grey-Summers.

Though I'd be willing to help as much as I can."

Kelly finds a place to perch in her usual gargoyle-style. If she's going to go into story-time, she's going to at least be comfortable. Sitting would lead to too much fidgeting. This is weird enough already. Besides, she figures a winged girl has seen weirder.

"Well, how about for demons doing... something, kind of like mind-raping someone? After whatever it did to her, my girlfriend's sister doesn't do anything but scream and cry and sleep... the last one, not much. There's nothing normal psychologists can do - but if a psychic can help her... well, I have money, or whatever I can do to get her some help, if anyone can do anything."

Lyta listened to everything Kelly had to say, processing everything in her mind carefully.

"I know someone who might be of more help in that area," Lyta said. "I can try, but I've never dealt with something of that situation before. Besides, this might be more of his area of expertise than mine."

Yes. This might definitely be more along the lines of Lucas' playing field than hers.

Kelly nods once. "We'll take any help you can offer. They have her in a 'treatment facility' right now." she hands over a card with the address.
"Not sure what kind of connections'd be needed to get her transferred. Whatever it costs, whatever you guys want in exchange, consider it done, no questions asked. Money and stuff - not problems. I know you guys are all kinds of connected though. On the back of that card is a number where I can be reached - so, uhm, whatever you need, if you decide you can help."

"We can probably arrange to get her transferred here without too much of a fuss. We're pretty good at pulling strings when we have to." She took the card and put it in her pocket. "I'll talk to my friend about helping, unless you'd like to talk to him yourself. His name is Lucas Moonstar. I can probably have him down here in a second."

"I...uhm, probably shouldn't. If its being handled, I trust you guys to know what you're doing. Its complicated, but the less I'm involved aside from setting this up, the better it'll probably be for everyone, especially my girl's sister."

Yeah, she really doesn't like this trusting people thing.

Lyta nodded. "Understandable. Though if you ever feel the need to check up on progress from time to time, by all means, feel free."

She sets her eyes on Lyta, raising a brow.

"You're going to find out one way or another. I knew where to find this place and what you can do because I used to work for Weapon X - mind control, sort of. I'm not with them anymore, I'm with the Wild Pack - but my history here was as a prisoner, sort of. I blow things up, I shoot people - mostly Nazis these days. I could have gotten my girl's sister out a dozen ways, but I don't make things, or people, better. Your healer or psychics might find out a lot of bad things about the father of the girl being helped - he was a crime lord, he got involved with the demon. She was an innocent victim - there's only so many of those. I'm not innocent, or a nice person - and the one nice, innocent person in all of this is the girl in that facility - the less I'm involved, the better. I just want her healed, or healing, or getting real help. I don't want to see her, I don't want her knowing my name or having anything to do with me. She's been through enough. The only reason I should be involved after this is if you need my help, money, or anything else I can do to make this better."
