Sammy froze in her seat at her father's tone of voice. Mikel showing up like he did was a Major Event in her life. Dad was still the King of SHIELD. All she wanted was him to explain it so everything made sense.

"I guess so," she said finally. "I'll check on dinner and say hi to Mom. How much longer do you think you'll be?"
