Alex may not be the typical dreamboat, but at least a certain someone on his team had made sure Mason and Alex would get some ego boost - Jordan had hired half a dozen women to make sure the bids would reach at least two-hundred-fifty dollars on each of them - and then made sure Mel and Marrinna had gotten a quiet infusion of funds in their bank accounts so they could outbid the schills.
The first of the women raises a hand. "One hundred."
