The symbiote has been looking for an opening to re-establish it's link back to Ben, and this moment couldn't be more perfect.
/Sssshe is treacherous...ssseee how ssshe pretends to care for you one moment, then is with another when your back is turned? How many times has she done this, Ben?/
Ben doesn't shake the offered hand, simply staring at Vincent.
"Wow. I guess you know more about her dad than I do." Ben says, somewhat sarcastically.
"You know, if you just wanted to be friends, Kassi, you could have said so. Leading people on isn't a way to show friendship." Ben says, looking at her.
He drops the roses on the coffee table.
"Don't worry, I can show myself out." Ben says, and turns to walk away.
