Burning, her whole face was burning.
Cassie yelled and dropped to the ground. Her first reaction was to close her eyes but that only trapped the teargas inside her eyes. She kept blinking, encouraging her eyes to tear up and cleanse the irritants away. In the meantime it still really, really stung.
