Tony made sure that the table in the board room was bolted down and that there are no objects that can be thrown anywhere nearby. He knows that Rhodey can get a little passionate at times and Pepper...can be just a little neurotic. The last thing he needs is either of them trying to kill him.

As a precaution, however, Tony does have his suitcase armor stashed out of sight behind a desk.

He waits for his friends to arrive and prays that this goes over better than he's imagined it will.
