"Oh.../oh/. So what does this mean? A long drawn out court battle? Or something else?" Syd hesitantly asked. Things with Avery were going well, too well apparently, and the last thing she wanted was something to mess this up. Second chances were rare and she wasn't going let this one get messed up.
